Salad "Olivier" with baked chicken

The usual festive salad with small changes. For my taste much better. The dressing is amazing. And baked chicken instead of boiled meat and sausages to the salad gives it a festive taste.
Ingredients for Salad "Olivier" with baked chicken
- The chicken legs - 250 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Green peas - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Olivier" with baked chicken
For the sauce mix soy sauce, Kikkoman, sugar and vegetable oil.
With chicken remove the skin and marinade for the sauce 30 minutes. You can use chicken fillet. Then bake 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Carrots, potatoes and eggs boil, clean. Instead of potato you can use Apple.
Cut into small cubes carrots, potatoes, eggs, cucumber and meat. Mix the vegetables with peas. Peas can be canned or boiled.
Make the dressing. For this mix the sour cream (mayonnaise), French mustard, parsley. Dressed salad. Decorate as desired. The usual salad is much tastier with roasted chicken and a delicious dressing.
