Lasagna with pepper sauce

Lasagna is actually a new dish for our family. Prepared for the first time, but decided to make photographs for personal training. I liked the result (even it's a shame that ate a dish very quickly), so I decided to share with YOU. During the meal I decided that the dish is even possible to submit to the festive table, including on Christmas, and especially that our environment is not a few fans of pasta. The recipe was accidentally found in the business journal four years ago. In this couple of pages were dedicated to cooking. Of course, a few components replaced, but in any case such is not found even in the original, no adjustments. I hope YOU will like it.

Ingredients for Lasagna with pepper sauce
- Chicken breast - 300 g
- Onion - 80 g
- Lasagna - 6 PCs
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Dutch cheese - 60 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 75 ml
- The mixture of peppers - 1 tsp.
- Tomatoes in own juice - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Lasagna with pepper sauce
If lasagna squares, you will need 12 pieces Sheets of lasagna cook in boiling water until soft.
Chicken breast finely chop and fry in vegetable oil (3 tbsp) finely chopped onions. For not knowing meals chicken breast I got a little thick on the palate, of course, is not affected, but we would have more every piece into three parts to cut.
Tomatoes (3 pieces-size "cherry" canned in its own juice or in a marinade) remove the skin and mash. A little pepper black pepper ground to taste.

If necessary according to Your taste preferences to salt and fried onions, and chicken breast. But for our taste the salt from the canned tomatoes and soy sauce was enough.
Add the prepared peppered tomatoes.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce "Kikkoman". Mix well. The filling for the lasagna is ready.
On a greased baking sheet lay out the sheets of lasagna, alternating with the obtained stuffing. One portion 4 a square sheet or 2 sheet rectangular like mine. If rectangular lasagne, then half spread the filling, cover the second half of the filling, put half a second sheet, filling, cover with remaining half. The upper covering layer should be lasagna sheet. On him lay the plastic tomato, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
To prepare pepper sauce. This bell pepper finely chop.
From the canned tomatoes to remove the skins, mash. Add 1 tsp. of mixed spices. Mix well.
Add in the tomatoes and crushed garlic. Mix well.
Onion flour diluted with milk. Add the chopped pepper and tomatoes with garlic and mixture of peppers. Sauté until cooked. Remove pan from heat and add 1 tbsp of wine vinegar from red grapes. Pepper sauce is ready.
Lasagna is ready.
Serve with pepper sauce.
